Our service

Prêt Rapide provides an information and matching service: we collect your financing application and send it to partner lenders that may present you with an offer. The service is free for businesses that apply.

Prêt Rapide is not a lender

Prêt Rapide does not grant loans or any other credit product and does not make credit decisions. Approval decisions, amounts, rates, fees and terms are solely the responsibility of the lenders.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an offer or that financing will be granted. Timelines mentioned on the site, such as a response within 24 hours, are indicative; decision and funding timelines depend on the lenders.

Offers from third-party lenders

Financing offers come from independent third-party lenders. Any financing agreement is entered into directly between your business and the lender, on the lender's terms. We recommend that you read each offer carefully, compare the total cost of financing and, if needed, consult a financial, legal or accounting advisor.

Compensation

Prêt Rapide is paid by partner lenders when financing is granted. You pay no fees to Prêt Rapide to use the service.

Your commitments

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business concerned. You agree to be contacted about your application, by email or phone, by Prêt Rapide, its lead distribution partner and partner lenders.

General information

The content of the site is provided for general information purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice tailored to your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prêt Rapide is not responsible for lenders' decisions, the terms of their offers, or damages arising from the use of the site or from financing obtained from a third-party lender. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including the text, logo and the Prêt Rapide brand, is protected. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
